Hi my name is Capt. Anthony DeMao owner of Inshore Fishing Charters welcome to my web site. I’ve been fishing the Indian River and Mosquito Lagoons since I was a child. These areas provide some of the best redfishing and trout fishing in Florida. The Mosquito Lagoon and Indian River are areas where the fishing is world famous for redfish and trout. Mosquito Lagoon is one of the top five redfishing destinations in the world according to Saltwater Sportsman, Florida Game and Fish, and several other saltwater fishing magazines. The Mosquito Lagoon is also one of the most natural Florida areas in the state. The Indian River is famous for the big seatrout that the area produces; fish to 10 pounds are again becoming quite common. I’ve been fishing the Mosquito Lagoon and Indian River for over twenty years now and have enjoyed guiding several anglers of different skill levels for the past ten years. I’ve acquired a lot of knowledge and enjoyment from fishing these areas and would be pleased to pass this knowledge and enjoyment on to you.
